Andrew Jones is a multi award winning, critically acclaimed writer/director/producer from Swansea in South Wales. He began his career in 2004 when he had his first feature script, a horror film entitled Stray Dogs, optioned by a US production company. He set up his first production company Steel & Glass Films Ltd with the proceeds in 2005 and under that banner wrote and directed his first feature film Teenage Wasteland, which won the award for Best Feature Under 75 Minutes at the 2006 Swansea Bay Film Festival. During this period Jones also spent time with homeless people and heroin addicts in his hometown of Swansea researching his second feature film. Many of the stories relayed to him during that time later appeared in the screenplay for what became The Feral Generation,a gritty urban drama which secured six figure financing and went into production in 2007 starring ex-Eastenders actors Ray Panthaki and Brooke Kinsella in the leading roles. The film went on to win the award for Best UK Feature Film at the 2008 Swansea Life Film Festival. Shortly after he was signed up by talent agency Cinel Gabran Management for representation.
Within six months of taking sole control of Masterplan Film Productions Ltd Jones brought in a full staff, brokered a 7 year licensing agreement with UK distributor MVM Entertainment and secured internationally renowned actors and crew members to work on the company's future projects. By the end of 2008, Jones will announce plans for further expansion with the intention of making Masterplan Films one of the leading production companies outside of London by the year 2010.

After achieving a BA(Hons) in Video Productions and Film Studies at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College, Ian Grey began his career as an Editor with the award winning short film Sometimes Seriously Never. He has since gone on to edit feature films such as The Feral Generation for Urban Way Productions and another award winning film, Teenage Wasteland for Steel & Glass Films Ltd. His other notable credits include the feature film Land's End and the short film The Art Of The Tease. Ian has also worked in the post-production departments of London based production company October Films and the large facilities house Brighton TV.

HEAD OF CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Melanie Lloyd is an award winning artist whose experience in Independent Film has encompassed all aspects of production including Art Direction, Storyboarding and Screenwriting. In 2007 she worked as a Production Assistant on Andrew Jones' award winning film The Feral Generation before becoming Head of Creative Development for Masterplan Film Productions Ltd in 2008. She is currently developing a number of feature film screenplays for Masterplan, including her own script Swansea Jack which will be the company's first animated production. Melanie is currently co-writing two of the company's future projects, Father's Day and Slaughter Inn, and will also be the Storyboard Artist on The Beautiful Outsiders.

Christian Sellers graduated University with a BA (Hons) in Screenwriting before entering the world of journalism as a full-time writer for GoreZone Magazine, the UK's biggest selling monthly horror film magazine. He is an avid fan of horror movies and stand up comedy. He also set up the Friday the 13th fan site in 2007, which has received support and contributions from various cast and crew members from the famous series.

Born in the Twin Peak like mountains of Ceredigion,Mid Wales, Alun is an award winning short film and music promo director and writer.Winner of categories in the Swansea Bay Film Festival 2006,Newport International Film Festival 2007 as well as last year's Best New Film Maker (in a music promo). Alan's left field sensibilities and hunger for storytelling attracted him to Masterplan Films in early 2008.
